The Hassle Free Monthly meeting happens once a month on Zoom and every attendee from every seminar is invited to join us each month to learn something new, network with others, role-play and provide your wisdom.

Currently we are holding the meeting at night from 5:30 to 7:30 to try and accommodate all time zones. We are considering a daytime meeting as well for those who do this full-time and it’s easier to jump in when you don’t have kids to feed or after work activities.

The Hassle Free Monthly Meeting is held on Zoom from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm Colorado MTN Time.

Hassle Free Seminar Monthly Meeting Agenda

  • Events: Typically we start off with real estate events from friends and people we know in the industry.
  • Speed networking. Basically everyone who is willing can state their name, where they’re from, what seminar they took, and what they’re looking for or how they can help. This has been a great way to meet others in the industry and connect with people doing like-minded things.
  • Tech Tips: This is then followed by a tech tip from John Bunka, which I feature tools I utilize in my business.
    • This can be anything from free tools that are available to replace paid monthly tools
    • Vertical software to help landlords or property managers.
    • documents, signing tools, and more.
  • Accountability (We achieve more when others hold us accountable) I’m considering ways to implement this, but I believe it will be beneficial.
  • Questions & Answers – We can all help one another walk through various issues that have come up in our businesses.
  • Role Playing: Reviewing the Rental Agreement or a Master Lease. We will focus on the Master Lease this time

We post the Zoom link every three months and we ask that people don’t share it outside of this group.

  1. We post the Zoom link on the Google Groups, which you can find here https://groups.google.com/
  2. Additionally, we post the Zoom link in the membership area of the David Tilney website.
    • You will need a login to view this material. If you’ve ever taken a Zoom online seminar, then you have a username and password.
    • If you have taken the seminar before it went online, please contact our support email address and we will create a username and password for you.
