the hassle-free property management and
master leasing seminar my name is John
Bunka and I co-host the seminar with
David Tney um the seminar is coming up
May 16 17 and 18 in about a month uh on
Zoom and I just wanted to cover the top
five questions that people ask about the
seminar uh to help clear anything up if
you have any questions number one is is
it on p is it in person and the answer
is no it is not in person i know it is
not 2020 anymore but we have found zoom
to be a really effective way of getting
the information across helping people
meet other people in their area and also
providing networking opportunities along
with learning um the second most
question is why zoom um and again it is
less expensive for everyone across the
board you don’t have to fly you don’t
have to spend three to four nights or
five nights whatever you usually do uh
in a hotel room you know three four
meals a day or drinks or extras you
don’t have to do any of that uh
sometimes it’s a little easier to
schedule things before and after the
seminar that you can do in your office
or around your home if you’re elsewhere
uh that’s definitely not the case um
they are long days similar to an
in-person seminar uh we have the
schedule listed on our website um all
different uh area or
um time zones based on where people are
or aren’t we’ve had people overseas do
this Hawaii Alaska etc but we put the
main ones here um so we’re looking at
you know seven eight hour days with
networking and questions and answer
afterwards and also um bonus um bonuses
after that uh that have been very very
helpful so similar to an in-person one
there is a seminar after the seminar or
between the seminar um where you can
meet people see their faces find out
where they’re from uh and go from there
additionally we provide a Google group
uh where you can see if people are near
you if you’re in Nebraska Florida Texas
uh this group has over a thousand people
that have taken this course and can be
you know say the same lingo and
understand what you’re talking about
when you do ask a question further down
the line that isn’t a part of this May
16 17 and 18th weekend uh question
number three uh can I bring a friend
partner spouse next of kin and the
answer is yes of course um I think two
or three seminars ago we now offer that
an additional hundred you can bring a
partner spouse next of kin who whoever
uh um as well we just ask that they’d
share a screen and you kind of pass
materials to them we do know ask for an
email address so we can help facilitate
some of that um but we’re asking you
know why not just help out a little bit
and pass that information to them so
everyone has what they need to have so
you can bring them as well and it’s
actually been very popular if you need a
bigger group than that such as an office
uh VAS you know additional you know five
six people which we have definitely done
and can accommodate uh go ahead and
email me support davidilly.com and we
can see what works the best between us
um next what do I get um so we do list
this on our site but I do get asked it
quite a bit uh you get two manuals the
hassle-free property management manual
and the master leasing manual um so
hassle-free property management is day
one and two and master leasing is three
they used to be separate uh seminars but
we’ve com combined them um but you
get two and a half free page manual
rental contracts tons of forms all the
forms we use in our business are
provided additionally those forms are
available for download uh the forms only
not the contracts and a leaseup
demonstration video and transcript and
it’s all available on the back end what
you don’t see unless you’ve signed up is
the back end of the site this is what
you essentially go through and which you
can if you sign up right now go through
start reading and downloading this stuff
as it becomes available as we get closer
to the conference um for example so here
we are on the back end you don’t you
don’t see this unless you’re logged in
and signed up but once you are we have a
little bit about how you know Zoom works
if you don’t know tips and tricks uh we
do ask people read a little bit into the
manual u this helps you ask better
questions instead of getting fire hose
to death in 3 days um you can have you
know a more pointed question around your
situation or what you’re looking at or
what you’re looking at doing um so we
ask that you read concepts page 45 to 76
and the rental policy and pro procedure
77 to 100 you don’t have to read it all
if you’re watching this video and the
seminars tomorrow um uh plenty of people
have done that don’t worry about it of
course you’ll get the information some
people have said “Well I read the entire
thing or I’ve read it twice.” Uh that’s
great it would take me forever to read
it all in a couple days um but uh just
some stuff on here downloads the manual
from last time September 24 is available
right now uh we are finishing up a few
edits in the May 25 manual and we’ll let
you know what those edits are 99% of it
is um going to be in the May you know 25
manual versus the 2024 September manual
so only a little tweaks if even that um
so not you’re not missing big points or
information so you can get that manual
right now download it we’ll add you to
the Google groups again where there’s
over a thousand people on there to help
answer your questions all right oh when
is the next event that’s also asked
quite a bit uh we don’t know we usually
schedule it in the summer typically in
the past we’ve done two events a year um
might be slowing down might not haven’t
had that talk yet um but right now this
is the only event scheduled and lastly
uh I’d almost have a number six question
and that is do you record this so in the
past um we have not recorded it um we’ve
only recorded it for our next generation
to then review it and go through it but
we are recording it this time around and
making it available now it’s not
available it’s a straight download uh
we’re doing it similar to Netflix you
log into this back end you can see it
right here over on the left hand side
and it says recordings um so we’re
making each day available 90 days after
we post it so we’ll finish the seminar
and on the 18th takes me a few days to
download it you know smash it all
together the way Zoom does it put it
back up for you to jump in and enjoy
um with that being said we do also offer
a leaseup demo and backstory uh which
you’ll know more when we get into it but
essentially here’s David as a fireside
chat he goes through the lease up um you
know a few paragraphs in and then
explains again why uh he does it this
way which is huge i’ve actually listened
to this uh I would say maybe even 20
times before a Lisa to remember the
concepts and to get back into it anyway
